"I asked for a quote for liability insurance . Jessica from Terri Hein State Farm Insurance agency in Hardin Montana , responded right away. I explained that I was inquiring about some other Quotes. I asked her to check back with me in a day or two. When she checked back with me I had decided to go with her quote. "Terri is available, or local. I came from Safeco/Liberty Mutual who passed me along adjuster to adjuster via phone calls when disaster struck. They delayed in answering emails, and in returning phone calls for 3 weeks or longer. Calls and emails were usually answered with generic recorded messages playing the same one week after week. The little guy is put on the back burner. Terri, by contrast, is available. She has a dynamic personality and will give attention to the claim herself if possible. I am so relieved to be on board with State Farm."
