"I asked for a quote for liability insurance . Jessica from Terri Hein State Farm Insurance agency in Hardin Montana , responded right away. I explained that I was inquiring about some other Quotes. I asked her to check back with me in a day or two. When she checked back with me I had decided to go with her quote. I had a little visit with Jessica who had a great sense of humor , but promptly took care of business . I recieved paperwork in a few days and everything was in order. Friendly, down to earth and very professional."

"Terri is available, or local. I came from Safeco/Liberty Mutual who passed me along adjuster to adjuster via phone calls when disaster struck. They delayed in answering emails, and in returning phone calls for 3 weeks or longer. Calls and emails were usually answered with generic recorded messages playing the same one week after week. The little guy is put on the back burner. Terri, by contrast, is available. She has a dynamic personality and will give attention to the claim herself if possible. I am so relieved to be on board with State Farm."

"I waited for 2 weeks to get a quote for my Auto policy from my agent. I've asked several times. Been giving them my business for 25 years. It's 3 business days before the policy renews. Terri contacted me via phone and then a text when she didn't reach me. This was good because I found out that searching for insurance quotes online is exasperating and, well, not fun. In a matter of a few hours - not days...Hours - Terri had me set up with an Auto policy and a Homeowner policy that saved me a lot and still offered the coverage I need. After my former insurance company raised my rate by nearly 300% and wouldn't give me a reason(my driving record is spotless), I went hunting for new insurance.
